皮膚科醫生跟我們一樣要度過炎熱的夏天，明明在同樣的太陽底下為什麼他們的皮膚可以那麼晶瑩剔透、有光澤呢？當然，一部分原因是這是他們的工作需求，不過即便是專業的皮膚科醫生也要在夏天下功夫保養皮膚、降低太陽光的傷害。酷熱的天氣造成了肌膚困擾，也衍生出了一些疑問，有些人問：「這麼熱的天氣，我的臉已經感覺油油的，還要擦保濕嗎？」答案是肯定的。好在我們的專家們知道怎麼在夏天做好肌膚保養，趕快來看看他們怎麼說吧！

一、簡化保養流程
易普拉欣醫生說：「『你不會在夏天穿棉襖，那為什麼要在你的臉上抹一大堆保養品呢？』我常常這樣提醒我的病患，就好像你的衣櫃會換季，你的保養步驟也要換季，變得輕薄。」夏天總是又熱又潮濕，所以我們可以拋棄厚重的保養產品，譬如：乳霜、卸妝油等等，改換溫和、慕斯型的潔顏產品。（更多資訊：純淨保濕水潤潔顏慕絲）
二、選擇兩用的保濕產品
為了簡化保養的步驟，醫師建議可以改用兩用型的保濕產品，保濕又防曬的產品就很適合夏天，可以選用SPF30左右或以上的清爽型防曬乳。 易卜拉欣醫生也提醒大家，比較厚重的乳液可能會造成毛孔阻塞，發炎或長痘痘，油性肌膚或容易長痘痘的人要特別注意。簡化保養步驟，選用雙效合一的產品。
三、不要跳過保濕步驟
你臉上的汗水不是保濕！紐約布魯克林史威格皮膚專科醫生納瓦·格林菲爾德說：
「不管外面的天氣再熱，你都需要保濕。」你可能會覺得臉油油的還需要保濕嗎？洗完臉，清潔完肌膚後，還是需要保濕。
紐約皮膚外科醫師艾麗爾·奧斯塔德（Ariel Ostad）說：「保濕產品可以重建皮膚表層的角質層，防止污染物或化學物質傷害，也可以防止皮膚受到刺激或過於乾燥。」輕盈質地的保濕防曬產品可以滋潤皮膚，也不會讓皮膚負擔過重。
四、選擇維他命C成分
易普拉欣醫生說：「維他命Ｃ類的產品可以全年使用，尤其是夏天的時候。」維他命C可以抑制黑色素沈澱，改善細紋，促進膠原蛋白增生。記得洗完臉後，先上維他命C產品，然後再擦保濕。
五、去角質
我們常常聽皮膚科醫生說不要過度去角質，但在夏季那就不同了。如果你是油性肌膚，奧斯塔德醫生建議你在皮膚保養過程中，要更經常去角質。這不是說你要一下子把所有酸類產品都用上，而是建議你每週慢慢增加去角質的天數。 奧斯塔德醫生建議使用「果酸」類產品打開堵塞的毛細孔，清除油脂，避免形成痘痘。這也會讓你的皮膚在夏天裡感覺比較清爽。
六、縮短洗澡時間
不管是去運動健身，去海邊玩，還是單純因為夏天太熱流汗，我們一天都可能不只洗一次澡。易普拉欣醫師建議我們要縮短淋浴的時間，他說：「過分沖洗或洗過熱的水會導致皮膚乾燥、發炎，甚至出現濕疹的狀況。」
七、避開會導致粉刺的化妝品
要仔細看看化妝品的成分標籤，避開會導致粉刺的成分。格林菲爾德醫生建議她的患者，夏天的時候，要留意化妝品不要阻塞皮膚毛細孔，可以改用防曬蜜粉，無油隔離霜、清爽型粉底。
八、待在有遮陰的地方
所有的醫師都會建議你在大太陽底下，穿著防曬外套、戴帽子、太陽眼鏡。當然我們不會期望你在海邊穿著長袖，但我們還是盡可能的避免曝曬在陽光底下。撐陽傘、戴帽沿較大的帽子、避開日正當中的太陽都非常重要。
九、不要忘記喝水！
奧斯塔德醫生說：「平時保持水分充足對你的皮膚來說非常重要，更別說在夏天了。」我們每天都至少要喝到八杯水，奧斯塔德醫生向你保證，喝充足的水量，你的皮膚會有很明顯的改善。喝水也可以幫助曬傷後的皮膚恢復健康，我想這個你們一定已經知道了。
十、防曬！防曬！防曬！
我們把最重要、最基本、最不可忽略的步驟放在最後一個來講，就是「擦防曬」。醫師建議要擦SPF30或以上的防曬品，不要忘記這包括手、腳、耳朵、唇部。普拉欣醫生提醒說：「防曬每幾個小時就需要重新再擦，所以如果你會很長時間待在戶外，不要忘記補擦防曬。」小撇步：你可以設定鬧鐘提醒自己擦防曬，這樣就不會忘記了！
