怎麼判斷膚質？
方法很簡單！晚上洗完臉以後，不要擦任何保養品，隔天早上起床觀察自己皮膚的狀況就可以知道你是什麼膚質了！經過一個晚上，皮膚會會恢復最原始的狀態。基本上臉部肌膚分四大類型：一、油性肌膚的人，早上會全臉出油；二、乾性肌膚的人會感覺臉部緊繃、乾澀；三、混合肌的人則是會Ｔ字部位出油；四、中性肌的人臉部的油水平衡，不會特別感覺乾澀或油脂分泌旺盛。仔細觀察自己的皮膚很容易就可以得出結論了！方法是不是很簡單呢？在不上任何保養品的情況下，觀察自己皮膚的狀態！以下的表格會幫助你判斷自己的膚質：
