所以正確洗臉要注意什麼事呢？方法、時間、頻率、產品都是要考慮的事。我們整理出12種洗臉時要注意的事情。正確洗臉才能事半功倍，真正保養肌膚。
1.如果一天只洗想洗一次臉，那就晚上吧！
想要調理肌膚，每晚洗臉是效果最顯而易見的方法了！你可能會早上沒化妝，也要洗臉嗎？當然。齊希納醫生說：「我們的皮膚會在白天分泌油脂和汗水，然後我們又在一個空氣污染的環境當中，廢氣、粉塵、花粉等等都會累積在我們肌膚的表層。」如果沒有確實將這些髒污洗掉，累積的髒污會造成皮膚過敏、刺激、發炎，甚至冒粉刺痘痘。
2. 如果可以，最好早上也要洗臉！
你是不是覺得晚上把臉洗乾淨，就可以放心一覺到天亮，期待早上你的臉容光煥發？不要高興得太早，還是建議你早上也洗把臉吧！紐約紐澤西施威格皮膚科瑞秋·納扎里醫生說：「晚上睡覺的時候，我們會翻來翻去，口水裡的細菌和頭髮上的油很容易就到了你的臉上。」即使你晚上會洗臉，也經常洗枕頭套，但早上洗臉還是很重要的！
我們晚上擦的保養品，精華液、乳液、乳霜，到了早上還是會殘留在臉上，所以早上把臉洗乾淨，晨間保養才能夠真正吸收。
有時候可能早晚使用的洗面乳或潔顏產品會不一樣，特別時乾性、敏感肌膚。為什麼這麼說呢？早上肌膚比較敏感，不適合使用抗痘類型的洗面乳，這類產品通常具有具角質的效果，所以比較適合晚上使用，一天一次就好。早上適合溫和型的洗面乳或保濕潔顏慕絲。
3. 注意水溫！
小編知道很多人喜歡洗熱水澡時，順便洗臉，這其實很傷害你脆弱的皮膚，尤其是臉！
齊希納醫生說：「洗澡時的熱水，水溫過高會讓我們的血管擴張，破壞組織細胞。我們肌膚表層都有天然的油脂作為保護層，但熱水會破壞這個天然屏障。」長時間用熱水洗臉，皮膚會越洗越乾，漸漸變得敏感，容易發癢、起屑。
如果是乾性肌膚或敏感性肌膚的人就要特別小心，不要再用過熱的水洗臉，因為他們本身的肌膚就容易乾澀、受刺激，較為脆弱。熱度也可能會引發紅斑痤瘡，臉部泛紅，產生面皰。所以洗臉時，記得用微溫的水就好了！
4. 挑選適合你膚質的洗面乳
挑選洗面乳，最重要的是選合適你膚質的產品。中性、油性、乾性、混和性，四種膚質你是哪一種呢？另外你是容易敏感的敏感肌嗎？還是滿臉痘痘的油痘肌呢？
如果你屬如乾性或敏感肌，選擇比較溫和、保濕較佳，不會造成皮膚刺激。如果你是油性肌膚或混合型肌膚，你可以用泡沫型產品或清潔較強一些的洗面乳，但原則是洗完不會感覺皮膚乾澀或緊繃。潔顏慕絲、潔膚油、洗臉膏通常比較保濕，清潔力也強，可以洗去淡妝或防曬乳。
5. 慎選清潔力過強的肥皂
齊希納醫生說：「清潔力過強的洗面乳會破壞肌膚的天然屏障，導致你的臉容易過敏、泛紅，甚至變成乾性膚質。」醫生建議使用溫和的洗顏產品，這樣不但可以保護皮膚屏障，也可以調理膚質。
